Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns
• Assist in creating and maintaining detailed reports and dashboards to monitor business performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and provide data-driven recommendations
• Conduct research and market analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making
• Assist in the development of business processes and workflow improvements
• Participate in meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions
• 10 hours/week during the school year, 40 hours/week in the summer, >51% of the time will be in office
