Business Analytics Specialist

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to think critically by understanding problems quickly and being able to identify solutions
• Able to create presentations, including recommendations, and present to senior leadership
• Passion for excellence and continuous improvement; strong execution and ability to drive work to completion
• Experience building business models and conducting sophisticated analyses
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• A driven self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Problem Solving: work to identify and address specific client challenges. Gather and analyze information, formulate hypotheses, and develop recommendations for improvement
• Data Analysis: collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from various sources and use this data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform their recommendations
• Presentation and Communication: create simple (ppt or word) documents to communicate their findings and recommendations to clients. And present to senior management

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous relevant experience at a management consulting firm, investment bank, technology company or comparable experience
• Familiarity with SQL and/or Python will be a plus
