Business Coach

Summary

The job is for a freelance Speexx Business Coach who will guide clients towards professional development and hold them accountable for improvement. The coach should have proficiency in online coaching, effective listening, organizational planning, goal definition, purposeful questioning, critical thinking, empathetic communication, and up-to-date knowledge of recent developments in their selected coaching topic areas.

Requirements

• Experience with coaching in one or more of the following areas: Job and Career Development, Business Communication, Leading Projects and Teams, Management, Self-Management, Workforce Development
• Educated to at least Bachelor's level with a degree in business or a related field
• Accredited coaching certificate required
• Significant experience working in a corporate environment
• At least two years’ previous experience coaching business professionals preferred
• Proven track record of delivering online Business Coaching
• C2 level in the languages you coach in
• CEFR B2 or higher level of English, the Speexx global Admin language

Responsibilities

• Guide clients towards discovering their own unique solutions to their professional development challenges
• Help shape clients' journeys and take key steps
• Hold clients accountable for improvement and lasting progress
