Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses
- Coordinate and lead BCP/DR testing exercises; identify gaps and recommend improvements
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Work with IT and business units to ensure systems and processes are resilient
- Maintain documentation and regularly update business continuity plans
- Provide training and awareness programs across the organization
- Serve as a key contact during actual disruptions or incidents
