Business Development Research Analyst

Summary

Join ConnectOS, a Great Place to Work certified company, as a Business Development Researcher! Working Monday to Friday, 7 hours a day (5 AM-12 PM UK time), you will conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and market opportunities. You will analyze information on key decision-makers and populate a Salesforce CRM system with accurate data. Collaboration with the Business Development team is key, and you will provide periodic reports summarizing your findings. This role requires 4+ years of experience in a similar role and strong research and analytical skills. The salary is P250-P280 per hour.

Requirements

• At least 4+ years of experience on a similar role
• Strong research and analytical skills, with attention to detail in gathering and organising data
• Proficiency in using Salesforce CRM systems to input, track, and update lead information
• Excellent communication skills, for summarizing findings clearly and concisely

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients, projects, and market opportunities across target industries
• Compile and analyse information on key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers, including contact details and roles
• Monitor industry trends, news, and upcoming projects to uncover new business opportunities
• Populate the CRM system with accurate and comprehensive data, categorising leads for easy access and follow-up
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to ensure research aligns with strategic goals and market focus
• Provide periodic reports summarising research findings, market trends, and identified opportunities
• Support the Business Development team by prioritising high-potential leads and ensuring a seamless handoff process

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data sourcing tools, industry directories, or online platforms like LinkedIn is advantageous
• Familiarity with industries such as pharmaceuticals, pathology, or laboratory design is a plus
