Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of SQL (and Python), with a preference for experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Metabase, Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to communicate complex data findings clearly and concisely
• A proactive, independent worker with a team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and updating department-specific dashboards
• Develop a deep understanding of data accuracy and integrity, with guidance on identifying and resolving discrepancies
• Learn how to respond to ad hoc data requests from different departments, using tools like SQL to extract and analyze data
• Gain experience in crafting clear and actionable insights through well-structured reports
• Engage in data-driven projects with the opportunity to take ownership, under the mentorship of a manager
• Define the scope, objectives, and deliverables of projects, with a focus on aligning with company-wide strategies
• Develop and implement data-driven solutions, gaining practical experience in problem-solving and strategic thinking
