Business Intelligence Manager

Summary

Join our team as a Business Intelligence Manager at BeatBox Beverages, where you'll play a critical role in supporting data-driven decision-making processes by analyzing internal data, developing Power BI dashboards, and assisting in data warehousing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, preferably in Business, Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or Statistics
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with SQL for data querying, manipulation, and analysis
• 2-3 years experience working with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• 2-3 years experience working in relational databases; experience with Snowflake is preferred
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, architecture, and best practices
• 1-3 years experience understanding & working with ETL processes for data integration & preparation. Experience with Python is a plus
• Experience with industry data sources such as VIP, Nielsen, IRI is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask
• Natural curiosity to learn about visualization tools, industry trends, and the market landscape

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain meaningful dashboards to provide data-driven insights to stakeholders across sales, finance, operations, and marketing
• Build and maintain data pipelines from source systems to the data warehouse, ensuring data is cleansed, prepared, validated, and ready for analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver comprehensive data strategies that support organizational objectives
• Support master data management efforts and ensure data integrity across all data sources through regular audits and validation
• Have a deep understanding of the data fueling Power BI dashboards, identify trends, and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders
• Stay updated on trends in data warehousing and visualization to enhance BI capabilities within the organization
• Provide exceptional support and value to the Insights and Analytics team, BeatBox leadership, and other functions
• Assist in AI initiatives and handle special projects as designated by Senior Leadership
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
