As a Business Process Analyst (BPA) in the Core group, you will work closely with a Core team to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met for inbound issues. You will develop a strong understanding of the platform, share knowledge with the team, and improve processes. The role involves collaborating with Product Managers and Engineering teams, identifying process inefficiencies, and advocating for improvements. Success requires strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills, along with the ability to prioritize and multi-task. Requirements

  • 2+ years technical project management, business analyst or similar experience preferably with building and growing SaaS applications
  • Proven track record to build strong cross-functional relationships with colleagues and partners and build influence within an organization that is brimming with strong opinions and deep expertise
  • Detail orientation and comfort with tackling and troubleshooting technical challenges, and navigating complex data formats and reporting
  • A strong collaborator in strategic decision-making, skillfully navigating evolving business needs and structures with flexibility and perseverance, and leveraging all experiences for future success
  • Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to be a strong advocate for needs that you have identified
  • Organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in response to time-sensitive requests
  • Verbal and written English language proficiency is required

Responsibilities

  • Assists the Product Manager in performing discovery on specific business problems
  • Clarifies the problem they’re solving, and proposes solutions informed by business needs and constraints
  • Recommends process improvements with Support and PM, manages the execution and optimization of processes while fully leveraging the available toolset
  • Supervises the health/good shape of the owned processes throughout their lifecycle
  • Builds-out tracking mechanisms and reporting to provide leaders with insight into the performance of the team and their processes
  • Monitors this data to proactively identify opportunities for improvement
  • Demonstrates ability to meet appropriate deadlines with an understanding of the needs of their team and the business, more broadly
  • Communicates proactively and clearly with their team, manager, and stakeholders both verbally and in writing
  • Maintains a positive attitude and learns from mistakes
  • Proactively points out lack of alignment and seeks opportunities to partner with their manager or PM to resolve
  • Makes informed prioritization and time management decisions
  • Builds strong technical and domain knowledge in the areas their team supports
  • Proactively and scalably shares knowledge with cross-functional teams
