Join Precisely, a leader in data integrity, as a Business Process Architect to drive operational excellence and transformational projects. You will act as a trusted consultant, leading complex process improvement initiatives using methodologies like DMAIC and DFSS. This role involves partnering with process owners and executive leaders, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring team members. You will leverage design thinking, analyze key performance indicators, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. The position requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), 7+ years of experience, and a Six Sigma Black Belt certification. This fully remote role is open to East Coast candidates only.
Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in business process management, process improvement, or a similar role, with demonstrated success in leading high-complexity projects
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio) and analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Proven ability to influence, engage, and lead cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of Lean principles, DMAIC methodology, and organizational change management frameworks
- Extensive experience facilitating enterprise-level process transformations
- Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences
Responsibilities
- Partner with process owners and executive leaders to identify, assess, and prioritize opportunities for process optimization
- Manage high-impact initiatives using Six Sigma and Design for Six Sigma methodologies to drive measurable improvements and foster innovation
- Incorporate design thinking methods to ensure user-centric solutions that align with organizational goals and enhance customer experiences
- Guide teams through process improvement journeys, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering accountability
- Act as a coach and mentor, empowering team members to adopt and apply process improvement tools effectively
- Define and analyze key performance indicators to evaluate pain points, solutions and opportunities for continuous improvement
- Promote a culture of operational excellence by advocating for data-driven decision-making and continuous learning
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of workflows, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and scalability
Preferred Qualifications
