Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in business process analysis and improvement
- Bachelorβs degree in business administration, Engineering, or related field
- Experience working with cross-functional teams on process improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with process modeling and analysis tools (e.g., BPMN, Lean Six Sigma)
- Basic knowledge of business transformation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various levels of the organization
- Basic facilitation skills with experience managing conversations
- Some change management experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Responsibilities
- Assist in process discovery discussions and workshops with key stakeholders
- Support the analysis of process effectiveness and maturity using industry-standard methodologies and tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the design of future state processes
- Assist in developing business cases and plans to implement process enhancements
- Support process execution control planning discussions
- Assist in developing and maintaining business process documentation
- Ensure alignment between business processes and strategic and operational targets during process design
- Support the design and modeling of new and existing business processes using industry-standard methodologies
- Assist in change management discussions
- Provide support on process improvement initiatives across the organization
- Assist in process documentation as engaged by the business
- Work with the Business Process Management team to build out enterprise business process practices and knowledge base
- Support the establishment and maintenance of business process automation capabilities
- Advocate for business process management practices and support the establishment and management of a community of practice
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, BPM, or other Continuous Improvement methodologies is a plus
- Basic knowledge of BPMN, Six Sigma, APQC, CMMI, BIZBOK, TOGAF, or Gartner methodologies
