Summary
Join our consultancy as a Management Consultant, Business Process Improvement SME and leverage your 10+ years of management consulting expertise, including 3-5 years in business process improvement. You will support project management and quality teams, perform qualitative and quantitative analysis, and provide technical support for process improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include developing process analysis and re-engineering, facilitating the design and implementation of new processes, training resources, and managing process teams. You will also perform project management, analytics, and coordinate with various teams. The ideal candidate possesses strong interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills, along with proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. This remote, full-time position offers a base salary, commission, and full benefits.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs Degree in Business, Human Resources, or similar
- Management consulting experience, including client facing experience
- 3-5 years of business process improvement experience
- Solid experience in business processes design and consultation
- Strong facilitation skills, and solid verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
- Strong relationship building between internal customers, vendors and employees
Responsibilities
- Support project management and quality teams in identifying, verifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvement and process re-engineering opportunities
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of key performance indicators in an effort to identify opportunities for improvement in the existing business model, processes, and structure
- Provide technical and analytical support for process improvement initiatives
- Develop process analysis and re-engineering to improve efficiency, lower costs and improve product quality
- Facilitate the design and implementation of new/improved process models and organizational structures
- Train and guide resources in process improvement techniques
- Manage and lead process team to achieve desired results
- Assist in development of new process capabilities
- Perform project management, analytics, and metrics to ensure milestones are met and deliverables achieved
- Coordinate with various teams to analyze project results and performance
- Identify and manage resources to deliver effective solutions
- Ensure that the team works in accordance with the approved company operating policies, procedures, practices and methods
Preferred Qualifications
- BPI certification (Lean, Six Sigma) or experience with Kaizen a plus
- Experience with contact centers a plus
