Business Support Intern

Summary

Join Back Market as a Business Support Intern and support the team in converting potential sellers into certified Back Market sellers, providing new sellers with a seamless onboarding experience, and working closely with multi-functional teams on projects to improve internal processes.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a M1 or M2 (or equivalent MsC, 4th year of BBA)
• English is no-brainer (fully professional capability/fluent)

Responsibilities

• Provide user onboarding via Salesforce from seller sign-up through to activation day as a new Back Market seller
• Build strong relationships with sellers to ensure a great start to their Seller journey
• Work hand in hand with the Seller Activation Manager in monitoring and improving Key Performance Indicators
• Project management related to the continuous improvement and efficiency of the activation processes

French & English skills are preferred for this role!
