Responsibilities
- Gather Business Requirements: Work closely with business partners to collect and document their needs, objectives, and expectations
- Facilitate Communication: Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and internal teams, ensuring that all parties have a shared understanding of business goals
- Conduct Interviews & Meetings: Schedule and lead meetings with stakeholders to gather detailed information on business processes, challenges, and opportunities
- Document and Analyze Information: Create clear and comprehensive documentation of business requirements, workflows, and goals
- Ensure Alignment: Ensure that all business requirements are accurately communicated to the relevant teams, without delving into technical solutions
- Support Decision Making: Provide business insights and recommendations based on gathered information, helping partners make informed decisions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in business analysis or project management, preferably 7+ years
- Familiarity with tools used for documentation and process mapping (e.g., MS Visio, Jira, or similar)
