Summary

We are looking for an experienced C++ Tech Lead to drive the technical direction of our trading systems. The role involves leading a team of C++ developers, defining software architecture principles, designing and implementing efficient C++ code, conducting code reviews, mentoring junior team members, staying updated with industry trends, and working on challenging problems in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Expert C++ knowledge
• Deep understanding of the infrastructure around the code
• Strong knowledge of software architecture principles
• Experience with message broker systems
• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms
• Experience with multi-threaded and network programming

Responsibilities

• Technically lead a team of C++ developers in the development and maintenance of our trading system
• Define and enforce software architecture principles and ensure adherence to them
• Design, implement, and maintain highly efficient and scalable C++ code
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members to ensure code quality and maintainability
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in software development
