Call Center Representative

Summary

Join Nexa Receptionists, a 24/7 call center specializing in home services, as a live answering service representative. Manage inbound and outbound calls, including appointment scheduling, customer service, and call screening. Maintain call control while providing exceptional service and using appropriate communication styles. Accurately document information and escalate challenges as needed. This role requires weekend and holiday availability, along with a minimum of two years of high-volume call center experience. Requirements

• Available to work some weekends, and/or holiday shifts
• Ability to type 30 wpm with 94% accuracy
• Computer proficiency skills, and ability to navigate multiple systems and monitors
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
• Ability to handle a high-volume of callers
• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume call center required
• Complete and pass criminal background check and drug screen

• Maintain call control while providing exceptional and efficient service
• Use appropriate tone of voice while conveying empathy/compassion where appropriate
• Follow account specific instructions including scripted verbiage, appointment scheduling and call transfers
• Notate accurate and important information
• Escalate challenges appropriately
• Communicate effectively and professionally
