Call Center Representative

Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Call Center Representative! This role involves assisting customers with various services, including high-speed internet, home security, and mobile solutions. Initially remote, the position will transition to our Duluth or Lawrenceville, GA offices. You will engage in inbound and outbound calls, providing tailored product recommendations and driving sales. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and stay updated on product offerings. Competitive pay, plus commission, and a full benefits package are offered.

Requirements

• Proven experience in call center sales or a similar sales-driven role
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to manage a high volume of calls while maintaining a professional demeanor
• A self-starter with a passion for exceeding sales targets
• Reside in the Atlanta area, with the ability to commute to either Duluth or Lawrenceville once the role transitions to in-office work

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through both inbound and outbound calls, offering tailored product recommendations and solutions to meet their needs
• Guide potential clients through the advantages of services like high-speed internet, mobile solutions, and home security systems, ensuring they fully understand their options
• Drive sales by promoting products and closing deals
• Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and sales data in our CRM system
• Address customer questions, concerns, and objections with professionalism
• Stay up to date on the latest product offerings and industry trends to provide exceptional service
