Summary

Join our team as a Caption Lead and spearhead our captioning team in a high-volume, creative environment. You will play a critical role in shaping the voice of our brand across multiple models and platforms, ensuring that every caption is authentic and drives engagement and conversions. Key responsibilities include writing high-converting captions, developing model voice profiles, maintaining captioning systems and workflows, managing the content calendar and coordination, and staying trend-savvy and performance-driven. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of professional copywriting experience in social media or creator-based platforms, strong writing and editing skills, and experience adapting tone across multiple personas or brands. Proficiency in various tools and familiarity with using analytics to inform content strategy are also required.

• Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Asana, Zoom, and WhatsApp
• Familiarity with using analytics to inform content strategy

Responsibilities

• Write High-Converting Captions
• Craft persuasive and engaging captions for a range of content
• Ensure each caption reflects the unique voice and brand of the assigned model
• Optimize language to drive subscriptions, interactions, and fan loyalty
• Develop Model Voice Profiles
• Partner with content leads and creators to build tone guides for each model
• Train team members on adapting to specific voices and maintaining consistency
• Maintain Captioning Systems & Workflows
• Build and refine SOPs for caption creation, review, and scheduling
• Collaborate with QA to ensure all captions meet quality and brand standards
• Monitor workflows and adjust processes for efficiency and scale
• Content Calendar & Coordination
• Align with schedulers to ensure timely delivery of captions
• Anticipate high-traffic content periods (e.g., weekends, holidays) and prepare ahead
• Stay Trend-Savvy & Performance-Driven
• Track trends in pop culture, slang, and content language
• Keep captions fresh, timely, and platform-relevant
• Collaborate with analytics teams to assess and improve content performance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, creator economies, or fan engagement industries
• Background in Communications, Journalism, Creative Writing, or Marketing
• Previous exposure to adult-themed content (in a professional or agency setting)
• Experience in remote team leadership and fast-paced content production cycles
