Join Paradox, a company on a mission to empower people and organizations to live their true ambitions, as a Brand Ambassador & Content Creator. This part-time/contract position, based remotely or in Dubai/Lisbon offices, requires fluency in French and English. You will be the storyteller-in-chief, creating magnetic personal brand content for various social media platforms, analyzing performance data to optimize content strategy, and building a strong community engagement. The ideal candidate is obsessed with social media, magnetic on camera, a skilled writer and editor, and thrives in fast-paced environments. • You can write, riff, and repurpose — turning one idea into ten formats effortlessly. Your scripts are sharp, your captions compelling, your edits tight
• You work fast. You don’t wait for a strategy doc. You create, test, learn, repeat. You thrive in fast-paced, feedback-heavy environments
• You understand the power of brand, and know how to build one that feels human, smart, and modern
• You’ve been a solo content creator or built someone else’s online presence before
• You’re fluent in TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts — not just as a user, but as a maker
• You’ve created content that actually performed — show us your hits and misses
• You’re part creator, part strategist, and part brand whisperer

Responsibilities

• Create magnetic personal brand content
• Build a full content pipeline (from ideation to publication) for Instagram Reels, Tik Tok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
• Turn thoughts and ideas into clear, impactful posts (written, video, visual)
• Develop recurring formats that build familiarity and scale
• Craft content that educates, provokes, entertains — and always aligns with our values and voice
• Develop your own on-camera presence — charismatic, confident, and true to our brand personality
• Analyse & optimize what works
• Review performance data weekly — iterate & build on content that is resonating, converting, and driving real engagement
• Use insights to adapt content strategy in real time
• Track key metrics around visibility, reach, and influence — your KPIs are audience growth, engagement, and credibility
• Design and implement forward-thinking content strategies, taking into account the various growth factors (audience peak, formats naturally boosted by the algorithm and so on)
• Play with new trends and keep up to date with the news to adapt our content and be as much as possible in resonance with our audience and its current issues or envies
• Build & nurture our community
• Engage with followers directly — responding to comments, joining conversations, and shaping culture
• Source powerful testimonials and stories from our audience to feature in content
• Identify strategic voices to collaborate with — guests, co-creators, future ambassadors
• Become a trusted, authentic presence in the spaces where our audience lives and grows
