Summary

Join Wellthy as a Care Adviser and work directly with Care Coordinators to assist families and individuals with unique caretaking needs. Conduct research, contact providers, and navigate job platforms. Receive cross-training on childcare and agency requests.

Requirements

  • 3+ years work experience in healthcare or caregiving field, as well as customer service or administrative experience
  • Experience working with health insurance and ability to navigate providers, in-network, medical billing/coding
  • Ability to work independently while being communicative and collaborative with Coordination Team
  • High school diploma required, Associates degree or higher preferred
  • Strong ethical standards and a respect for client confidentiality
  • Ability to integrate and collaborate well with others while adapting to evolving service experiences
  • Knowledge of and ability to navigate the healthcare sector

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research
  • Contact and follow up with providers
  • Correspond with Care Coordinators frequently
  • Work within Google Sheets and our Care Network on a consistent basis
  • Navigate various job platforms
  • Create job postings
  • Interview in-home support candidates for Care Recipients
  • Conduct reference checks

Preferred Qualifications

  • More than one language is a plus
  • Remote work experience preferred
  • Proficiency with macOS systems, GSuite, Slack, and 1Password
