Join Seven Starling, a leading virtual provider of women's behavioral health services, as a world-class Care Coordinator. You will work with our operations team to conduct prospective patient consultations and navigate them to care.

Requirements

• Empathetic and well-spoken
• Detail oriented and highly organized

• Familiar with working in healthcare environments
• Have at least 10 hours of availability per week

Responsibilities

• Conduct 20 minute phone consults with prospective patients
• Screening them for fit with our care model, normalizing what they are experiencing, explaining how therapy with us works answering questions, checking their insurance eligibility helping them sign up to get started
• Send secure text message follow up to prospective patients to help route them to a consult or care
• Keep our CRM up to date with the status of prospective patients and our communications with them
