Summary

Join Octave's Care Navigation team as a guide for prospective clients, helping them navigate the behavioral health system and find the best therapist match. You will support our live chat service, master our internal tools, and assist with administrative tasks. Weekend and evening availability in the Pacific Time Zone is required. The role involves interacting directly with clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. We seek candidates with excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented approach. Requirements

  • Must be able to work weekends and evenings in the Pacific Time Zone
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

  • Support our Live Chat service in order to quickly learn client’s needs and preferences, and identify the best therapist match with the goal of a scheduled appointment
  • Gain proficiency in our tools and workflows, especially when they evolve as we grow and scale, to successfully navigate our internal operations
  • Support our broader Care Navigation team with duties including, but not limited to, appointment updates, intake changes, and other administrative and scheduling tasks
  • Embody Octave’s mission to deliver extraordinary care in every interaction with clients and colleagues

Preferred Qualifications

  • Preferred 1-2 years experience working in a Care Navigation/Coordination/Intake capacity, ideally within the mental health or healthcare arena
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related area or equivalent experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and can adapt your approach to multiple groups
  • Detail oriented and impeccable organizational skills are a must
  • Operational experience within a fast-growth healthtech organization is ideal
  • Self-starter, willing to roll up your sleeves and be proactive and solution oriented
  • Nimble and open to frequent change, iterative processes, and operating in a testing culture
