Case Manager

Summary

Join Pearl Talent and work remotely as a full-time Case Manager for a leading provider of pre-settlement legal funding. You will be the primary point of contact for clients and law firms, managing applications, reviewing legal documentation, and guiding clients through the funding process. This role demands strong communication skills, experience in legal funding or related fields, and proficiency in Google Workspace. Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in legal funding, personal injury, claims processing, sales, or client-facing roles
• Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
• Working knowledge of personal injury case types (auto accidents, premises liability, etc.)
• Comfortable handling legal documents and coordinating with attorneys
• Proficient in Google Workspace
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee a pipeline of incoming pre-settlement funding applications
• Communicate with clients, attorneys, and medical providers to collect case details and documentation
• Provide compassionate and efficient guidance to applicants throughout the funding process
• Analyze legal documents such as police reports, medical records, and settlement documents
• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of law firm submissions
• Maintain CRM accuracy with timely updates on case statuses
• Monitor progress of applications and prioritize high-urgency cases effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with CRM platforms and legal case tracking tools
• Prior experience in U.S.-based legal or insurance environments
• Spanish-speaking proficiency is a plus, but not required
