Requirements
- Demonstrated success in scaling startups on an international level, ideally within the tech infrastructure sectors or related
- Experience building and leading high-caliber teams, with a focus on strategic growth, team alignment, and performance management
- Strong track record of leading funding rounds, securing investment, and effectively managing relationships with venture capitalists and other investors
- Relevant experience within IT infrastructure, data centers, or similar environments; familiarity with energy efficiency solutions is a plus
- Passion for sustainable energy and environmental impact, with a drive to lead the company toward a greener future
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a clear strategic roadmap that accelerates growth and establishes the company as an industry leader in energy-efficient tech infrastructure
- Build, inspire, and lead a world-class team, cultivating a culture grounded in collaboration, excellence, and a commitment to environmental impact
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring all functions work seamlessly to achieve business objectives and meet key performance indicators
- Drive efforts to expand our presence in international markets, building relationships with strategic partners and customers to increase adoption and market penetration
- Represent the company to major clients and strategic partners, fostering strong relationships that reinforce our market position and drive customer satisfaction
- Guide product strategy to ensure alignment with market needs, client expectations, and our sustainability mission, while encouraging a culture of continuous innovation
- Lead fundraising initiatives, including managing current investor relations and securing new funding sources to support expansion milestones
