Requirements

  • Current DHS Trusted Tester Certification
  • Bachelor's degree in a technology field or a field of study related to the assigned project(s) and four (4) years of relevant experience in projects of national scope, including VA initiatives, and in the Federal Government/contracting arena
  • Pass a background investigation, including FBI fingerprint check and provide “identity-proofed” identification through authentication of two forms of government-issued identification
  • Ability to pass a background check, including fingerprints, at the Public Trust level
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Ability to perform job requirements independently or with a group remotely

Responsibilities

  • Perform various methods of manual testing on elearning courses and training-related deliverables and reports
  • Perform compatibility testing, performance testing, and accessibility testing
  • Perform compliance testing (including SCORM and Section 508) on client’s LMS
  • Document and report errors. Work with team members on identifying and correcting accessibility issues, and verify the resolution of the issues
  • Manage working on multiple projects at the same time
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive solutions that are within sphere of influence
  • Match product to specifications
  • Provide consultation on accessibility policies and ensure compliance with all mandatory government accessibility standards
