Channel Sales Associate

Summary

The job description is for a Channel Sales Associate role at PaxeraHealth Corp., a growing company in the medical IT industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing sales process, providing administrative support, and communicating with clients. The position requires some customer service and/or sales/marketing experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong organizational skills.

Requirements

• An undergraduate enrolled in a BS degree program with a major in Sales/Marketing, Business or related fields. Bachelor's degree preferred in relevant field
• Some customer service and/or sales/marketing experience with proven ability to build relationships with clients is needed
• Must be comfortable calling clients
• Proficient in Microsoft office; solid excel skills
• Must have strong organizational skill with ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize appropriately
• Ability to quickly respond to customer questions and emails

Responsibilities

• Manage sales process to drive sales in dealer channel
• Provides general administrative support to the internal sales team and works on special projects and campaigns as assigned
• Communicates with clients as directed, responding to their inquiries and reaching out to them to ensure customer satisfaction
• Reaches out by phone to make sales support calls to current and prospective clients
• Revises customer lists and ensures that all are up-to-date and correct
• Enters sales information into Salesforce accurately and timely
