Requirements

- Strong ability to present to senior leadership and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Comprehensive understanding of the B2B marketing landscape, including marketplace trends, competitive analysis, and key performance indicators
- Experience in driving performance through metrics and KPIs, with a proven ability to optimize marketing strategies based on performance insights
- Exceptional project management skills, with a history of securing stakeholder buy-in and delivering projects on time and within budget
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client acquisition
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing goals with overall business objectives
- Lead market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats
- Refine and communicate the company's unique value proposition across all marketing channels
- Ensure brand consistency and messaging integrity in all external communications
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media, industry influencers, and partners
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media
- Manage the companyβs website to ensure it reflects our brand and engages visitors effectively
- Analyze digital marketing metrics to optimize campaigns and drive ROI
- Lead content marketing initiatives, including whitepapers, blog posts, case studies, and webinars
- Position company executives as thought leaders through speaking engagements and industry events
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create compelling, educational content
- Work closely with the sales team to develop tools and materials that support the sales process
- Provide the sales team with market insights, competitive intelligence, and client personas
- Develop training programs to equip the sales team with effective marketing collateral
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage partnerships for joint marketing campaigns and business development
- Increase marketing development funds from partners to support our initiatives
- Plan and execute industry events, conferences, and webinars to showcase our expertise
- Identify speaking opportunities for company representatives to amplify our presence
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation
- Monitor and report on key marketing metrics, adjusting strategies as needed
