Requirements

  • Comprehensive understanding of the B2B marketing landscape, including marketplace trends, competitive analysis, and key performance indicators
  • Experience in driving performance through metrics and KPIs, with a proven ability to optimize marketing strategies based on performance insights
  • Exceptional project management skills, with a history of securing stakeholder buy-in and delivering projects on time and within budget

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company's marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client acquisition
  • Collaborate with leadership to align marketing goals with overall business objectives
  • Lead market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats
  • Refine and communicate the company's unique value proposition across all marketing channels
  • Ensure brand consistency and messaging integrity in all external communications
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media, industry influencers, and partners
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media
  • Manage the company’s website to ensure it reflects our brand and engages visitors effectively
  • Analyze digital marketing metrics to optimize campaigns and drive ROI
  • Lead content marketing initiatives, including whitepapers, blog posts, case studies, and webinars
  • Position company executives as thought leaders through speaking engagements and industry events
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create compelling, educational content
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop tools and materials that support the sales process
  • Provide the sales team with market insights, competitive intelligence, and client personas
  • Develop training programs to equip the sales team with effective marketing collateral
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage partnerships for joint marketing campaigns and business development
  • Increase marketing development funds from partners to support our initiatives
  • Plan and execute industry events, conferences, and webinars to showcase our expertise
  • Identify speaking opportunities for company representatives to amplify our presence
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation
  • Monitor and report on key marketing metrics, adjusting strategies as needed
