Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow your team of 10 to drive marketing and eCommerce growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the Fintech Team, the Marketplace Team, UX, Engineering, and Sales
  • Develop and implement quarterly marketing objectives aligned with marketplace goals, user insights, and analytics-driven decisions
  • Lead marketing strategies across direct response, email, social media, affiliate marketing, and SEO to boost traffic, orders, and customer retention
  • Oversee brand positioning and content creation by gathering customer insights and providing creative direction
  • Manage the marketing team by refining brand guidelines, providing consistent feedback, and scaling efforts through AI tools and third-party services
  • Ensure a consistent brand experience that supports both commerce and ad sales revenue
  • Optimize resource allocation by determining when to leverage internal talent, external vendors, or specialized tools
