Church Recruitment Manager

Summary

Join Prison Fellowship®, a leading Christian nonprofit, as a mission-focused sales professional. Based in IL, IN, MI, OH, or WI, you will promote the Angel Tree program to churches, ensuring 100% coverage of children of incarcerated parents in your territory. Responsibilities include managing recruitment events, developing product knowledge, and maintaining leads to achieve annual goals. This remote position requires 3+ years in church leadership and sales, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and excellent communication skills. Up to 50% travel is expected. Requirements

• 3+ years in church/parachurch leadership role
• 3+ sales related/territory experience
• Must reside in IL, IN, MI, OH or WI
• Relevant b achelor's degree or equivalent coursework and experience
• Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office and Salesforce
• Ability to learn new technology as needed
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and regularly lift office products and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions
• Employ expert level "sales" skills to recruit new and lapsed churches to register for the Angel Tree program resulting in 100% coverage of children within their territory
• Manage the resourcing and execution of all Angel Tree recruitment events and registrations within areas of need
• Develop solid knowledge base across all PF programs, with a deep understanding of Angel Tree Christmas implementation
• Maintain leads from various sources, employing various tactics to move leads through pipeline towards achieving annual recruitment goals

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with or knowledge of Celebrate Recovery
