Summary

Join SpryPoint, a leading provider of cloud-based solutions for the utility sector, as an experienced CIS Functional Consultant (Solution Architect). You will partner with utility clients to design, implement, and optimize enterprise solutions. Lead discovery sessions, process reviews, and integration designs. Ensure high-quality implementations through audits and documentation review. Oversee system configuration and contribute to training and testing materials. Maintain project documentation, including issue logs and test cases. This role offers a remote-first environment with flexible hours and a competitive compensation package.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in implementing enterprise utility software, particularly Customer Information Systems (CIS)
  • Proven ability to map processes and manage large process mapping projects
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL
  • The ability to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills, with a talent for presenting complex concepts clearly
  • A passion for learning and staying ahead of the curve in a rapidly changing industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with clients, senior management, and team members
  • A sharp, analytical mind, capable of solving complex problems quickly and efficiently
  • In-depth knowledge of implementation methodologies for large-scale software projects

Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to align their business goals with SpryPoint’s best-in-class solutions
  • Lead discovery sessions, process reviews, and integration designs to deliver tailored solutions
  • Ensure high-quality implementations by conducting audits, reviewing documentation, and providing feedback on process designs
  • Oversee system configuration and provide input on training and testing materials
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including issue logs, configuration guides, and test cases

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Mobile Field Management (MFM), Work Order & Asset Management (WAMS), and Customer Engagement Portals
  • Familiarity with analyzing large data sets
  • Knowledge of Reporting & Business Intelligence platforms
