Summary

Join our Client Operations team as a motivated and detail-oriented intern for a 6-week internship. Gain hands-on experience in client management and operational processes. Ensure smooth communication and efficient handling of client-related tasks. Manage client inquiries by reviewing tickets and responding with standard responses. Follow up with clients to ensure timely resolution and maintain high client satisfaction. This internship requires a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Manage Client Inquiries : Review tickets received from clients inquiring about a recent contractual amendment
  • Respond to the tickets with a standard response
  • Follow Up on Client Tickets: Follow up with clients on their tickets to ensure timely resolution and maintain high levels of client satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Salesforce or Zendesk is a plus but not required
