Summary
Join Liatrio, a leading enterprise technology modernization consultancy, as a consulting services sales professional. You will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining existing accounts, and driving digital transformation strategies for enterprise clients. Working closely with C-level executives, you will develop and implement effective strategies, maximizing the value of Liatrio's transformational services. This role requires experience in consultative sales, working with enterprise clients, and a proven ability to meet sales quotas. You will collaborate with internal teams, including executives, consultants, and R&D, to achieve sales goals and represent Liatrio with integrity. The position offers a competitive base salary, commission, and full benefits, including unlimited PTO and a funded HSA option.
Requirements
- Consistent high performance against sales quotas driven by C-Level and VP level relationships at key customer contact
- Experience using a consultative or advisory-based sales approach in a complex enterprise sales environment
- Innovative and creative thinker who can work independently and leverage resources wisely to meet objectives
- Experience with Agile Methodologies and Application Lifecycle Development Processes in large enterprises
- First-hand experience selling Software Development consulting services, Cloud Application consulting services, Platform Engineering consulting services, and/or IT Transformation consulting services
- Partner and/or Systems Integrator management experience
- Proven ability to assess and disqualify customers/opportunities
- Driven to assist customers in making the right decisions which will drive the optimal outcomes - even if it results in elongating the sales cycle
- Values and practices empathy with a high degree of emotional intelligence
- Employment eligibility: must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada without the need for sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Work with Liatrio executives, Delivery consultants, and R&D to drive the Liatrio consulting services value proposition for target clients
- Assist in the preparation of pre-work, scoping, and contracts
- Consult with C-level executives to develop and implement an effective, enterprise-wide strategy that maximizes the value delivered by our transformational services
- Prospecting, new logo acquisition, & working with existing customers to introduce and expand our our transformational services within assigned market territory
- Forecast revenues timely and accurately; Increase revenue/ retention rates for specified key accounts
- Represent Liatrio with integrity, maintain industry credibility, and establish and strengthen relationships through presenting to various audiences

Benefits

- Base salary range: $150,000 - $180,000 Β + commission
- Travel availability: we divide our time between working remotely, attending industry events, company events, and visiting our client sites located throughout the U.S. We anticipate this role will travel 8-16 times a year
