Summary

Requirements

• 4-5 years of proven experience in project management and client services, with a focus on client-facing roles
• High level of emotional intelligence, polished communication skills, and experience in managing client relationships
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects from kickoff to delivery, including facilitating meetings, tracking billable hours, and ensuring deadlines are met
• Comfortable working in fast-moving and dynamic environments, handling multiple projects with ease

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear, consistent communication and maintaining strong, positive relationships
• Facilitate kickoff meetings, regular check-ins, and fact-finding sessions to understand and align with client expectations
• Manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment and satisfaction
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction
• Track project deadlines, manage timelines, and coordinate resources to ensure timely delivery of all project components
• Ensure that project milestones are met while maintaining a high level of client engagement and satisfaction
• Manage client relationships, track billable hours, and ensure transparency and alignment with client goals and expectations
• Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly, maintaining a high level of professionalism
