Customer Project Manager

Summary

Join Urbantz as a Customer Project Manager, leading the delivery of complex projects while overseeing and mentoring a team. This role requires fluency in English, excellent communication skills, at least 3 years of project management experience, ideally in a software environment, and willingness to travel.

Requirements

• Fluency in English
• Excellent, near native level of both French and Spanish
• A degree with a minimum of 5 years of working experience
• At least 3 years of project management experience, ideally in a software environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• The ability to communicate efficiently with software engineers
• Flexibility and self-organisation
• Willingness to invest in your knowledge of business and technical matters
• Willingness to travel for project kick-offs, client meetings, and company events

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex, enterprise-level projects
• Oversee and mentor a team of customer project managers
• Have direct accountability for the overall success of client projects - from start to finish
• Pilot the technical integration of Urbantz’s tool
