Summary
Join our team at Experian as a customer service professional, working from home in Costa Rica. You will be responsible for leading demonstrations of new products and services, consulting with clients on current and upcoming projects, and resolving billing and invoice questions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service
- Presentation abilities
- Proficient in using computer software and applications
Responsibilities
- Lead demonstrations of new products and services needs for Growth accounts
- Consult with clients on current and upcoming projects to define project specifications, implementation and process design
- Resolve billing and invoice questions and issues
- All report request submittal
- Summit request to Commercial Relations file and data research
- Provide ongoing report and user setup training
- Account detail maintenance (address update, PO, name change, etcโฆ)
