Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service
  • Presentation abilities
  • Proficient in using computer software and applications

Responsibilities

  • Lead demonstrations of new products and services needs for Growth accounts
  • Consult with clients on current and upcoming projects to define project specifications, implementation and process design
  • Resolve billing and invoice questions and issues
  • All report request submittal
  • Summit request to Commercial Relations file and data research
  • Provide ongoing report and user setup training
  • Account detail maintenance (address update, PO, name change, etcโ€ฆ)
