Client Services Director

Summary

Join Nucleus Global as a Client Services Director and provide strategic consultation to clients, actively pursue new business opportunities, and develop strong client relationships. You will manage multiple lines of business and client services staff, reporting to a VP of Client Services. This remote or hybrid role requires monthly client visits in Yardley, PA and Connecticut. A Bachelor's degree in life sciences is preferred, along with extensive account-handling experience in an agency/pharmaceutical setting. Successful candidates will have experience managing large-scale projects and staff, demonstrating strong project management, communication, and client relationship skills. Requirements

• Have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in life sciences
• Have a wealth of account-handling experience within an agency/pharmaceutical environment
• Have previous experience successfully managing large scale projects and staff
• Possess strong project management and organization skills
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have the ability to maintain strong client relationships

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consultation to the client(s)
• Assist in the active pursuit of new business opportunities with existing or new clients to deliver revenue growth
• Identify and help to develop strategic relationships with partners or potential customers
• Be responsible for multiple lines of business, client relationships and developing, maintaining and managing the relationship between the client and client services staff
