Client Sourcing Executive

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Client Onboarding
• Bachelors degree in a related field is a Must
• Exceptional spoken and written US English communication skills
• Proven ability to engage clients, drive discussions, and close deals
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a focus on delivering quality service
• A proactive, client-focused approach to problem-solving

Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with potential clients via cold calls and take that lead to deal closures
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams ( Sourcing, Procurement, logistics and Amazon Accounts) to ensure clients' expectations are met
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and progress throughout the onboarding journey
