Summary

Join ImageX as their Marketing & Events Manager, contributing your creativity and operational expertise to demand generation, brand elevation, and team culture. You will lead integrated marketing campaigns and support internal engagement and event initiatives, particularly across global and LATAM teams. Collaborate with the Marketing and HR teams to showcase ImageX's vibrant culture, ensure brand consistency, and deliver compelling content. The role is based in Brazil, preferably in Sao Paulo or Campinas, with predominantly remote work and occasional co-working days and retreats. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or certifications in related fields
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar marketing or operations role
  • Demonstrated success in planning and executing marketing and internal/external events
  • Extensive experience managing day-to-day operations within a marketing team
  • Ability to manage a diverse range of marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Experience organizing, planning and managing marketing events and promotions
  • Experience managing a corporate website
  • Experience with various Marketing tools, i.e. Email software, Webinar software, Website Analytics, etc
  • Superior written and verbal communication (C1 or C2 level of English) and strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, organization and coordination skills
  • Strong ability to work autonomously and collaboratively  - across departments and time zones
  • A proactive mindset and passion for bringing people together - digitally and in person
  • Familiarity with Latin American workplace culture and cross-cultural collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic, multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Manage tools and workflows to ensure marketing operations run smoothly and campaigns are delivered on time
  • Lead the planning and coordination of conferences, webinars, and internal events—including global and regional team summits
  • Required to travel internationally for events, approximately 2-4 times a year
  • Support the HR team in planning internal culture-building events and producing promotional materials (e.g., photos, posts, event assets) to amplify our vibrant team culture
  • Manage vendor relationships related to marketing services, swag, creative, and events
  • Maintain and update the website and coordinating with internal or external teams to optimize performance
  • Create marketing collateral such as case studies, one-pagers, sales decks, and email content
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and vendors in SEO, digital strategy, and analytics
  • Support LATAM-based team engagement initiatives and cultural storytelling to ensure all regions feel connected and celebrated
  • Ensure brand consistency across internal and external-facing content

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Copywriting and/or Storytelling
  • Understanding of SEO and analytics tools
  • Familiar with using a content management system (CMS) - Drupal experience is a bonus!
  • Experience in an agency environment
  • Team and project management experience
  • Experience delegating, motivating and mentoring junior team members
  • Experience working alongside an HR team, and fostering an engaged culture both virtually and in person
