Requirements
- 1β2 years of experience as a AU/US Account Manager
- Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-level
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and MS Office
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions tailored to customer needs
- Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Confident verbal and written communication abilities
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing prompt and effective support
- Communicate progress on requirements clearly to clients and stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to enhance client operations through our solutions
- Prepare account status reports and updates
- Address and resolve client concerns promptly, adhering to SLA guidelines, and escalate issues when necessary
- Anticipate client needs and recommend tailored solutions to improve their experience
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as Sales and Operations, to align on client goals and expectations
- Conduct client check-ins to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement in products and services
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of services
