Client Success Manager in Philippines

Summary

The job is for an Account Manager role in a fast-growing industry leader offering professional support structure, benefits, and opportunities for international travel. The role involves managing client relationships, developing new business, tracking progress, preparing reports, and assisting with challenging requests.

Requirements

• At least 2 years experience in account management preferrably for US/UK clients
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs
• Communicate progress of requirements to clients and stakeholders
• Develop new business with existing clients or identify areas where solutions can be used
• Track progress of each client
• Prepare reports on account status
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Has experience in HubSpot and other CRM software is a plus
• Can work from 4PM-1AM Manila time
• Experience in offshoring/outsourcing preferred
