Join DELFI as a Clinical Account Representative to promote their innovative FirstLook Lung test to healthcare providers. This role involves building relationships, driving sales growth, and working in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities include developing relationships with healthcare professionals, conducting product presentations, identifying new business opportunities, collaborating with the marketing team, monitoring market trends, and providing feedback to the product development team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5+ years of sales experience in the diagnostics industry, a strong understanding of laboratory practices, and excellent communication skills. The position requires travel within Northern Illinois (40-50%). Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field
- 5+ years of proven sales experience in the diagnostics industry
- Strong understanding of laboratory practices and diagnostic testing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (40 - 50%)
- Valid drivers license
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, and clinics to promote our laboratory diagnostic products
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand the customer base
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Provide feedback from healthcare providers to the product development team to enhance product offerings
- Attend industry conferences and events to network and promote our services
- Developed a deep understanding of DELFI’s product and how to successfully market it to healthcare practitioners
- Driven broad adoption of DELFI’s FirstLookLung test with targeted providers and achieved sales quotas
