Summary
Join Symmetrio's client, a multinational medical device company, as a Clinical Applications Specialist. This role involves consulting, training, and supporting Oncology professionals on specialized software and hardware solutions. Responsibilities include on-site and remote training, classroom instruction, and managing site preparation and documentation. You will analyze customer workflows, configure databases, and assess training needs. The position also supports the sales team by handling escalated customer calls and demonstrating products. This role requires significant travel.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree and at least two years of experience in software/hardware training/support, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid driverβs license and passport required
Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site training sessions on software, hardware, and associated products, ensuring effective communication with relevant stakeholders
- Adhere to established procedures, including documentation and post-training correspondence
- Analyze customer clinical practices to develop future state models (workflow) aimed at maximizing efficiency with the products
- Perform database configurations to support future workflows as needed
- Assess follow-up training needs accurately, develop session goals, coordinate schedules, and deliver training accordingly
- Prepare for and deliver assigned courses as required
- Assist in designing and developing session goals and objectives for user meetings and provide support at trade shows as requested
- Assist with software and/or hardware demonstrations to support sales efforts
- Complete necessary reports and respond to requests promptly and professionally
Preferred Qualifications
- Clinical experience in Oncology preferred, with familiarity in using Mosaiq and relevant products
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Suite, Webex, and Salesforce desired
- Understanding of curriculum development process and educational methodology preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills along with excellent presentation skills
- Change Management skills desirable
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time, including weekends and international travel
