Requirements
- Medical degree with specialization and active registration in Psychiatry (CRM) or Psychology (CRP)
- Professional with a consolidated career in clinical practice and a proven history of leadership in high-complexity contexts
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary or cross-functional teams
- Solid knowledge of clinical and data protection regulations (Brazil and/or international)
- Strategic vision, adaptability, and influencing skills
- Robust experience in both clinical practice and team and process management, and fluent English are mandatory for this specific role
Responsibilities
- Lead all clinical fronts of Wellz, ensuring the development and delivery of healthcare services with high technical rigor, excellent care, and a focus on innovation
- Be responsible for the clinical strategy in all Wellz health solutions, including psychology and psychiatry
- Manage a multidisciplinary team responsible for: Clinical Services and Quality, Clinical Content and Protocols, Clinical Experience, and Corporate Education
- Define and execute the long-term strategic vision for the clinical area, aligned with Wellz's business objectives
- Use data analysis and clinical outcome metrics to guide decisions, optimize treatment effectiveness, and demonstrate the value of solutions
- Lead the expansion and improvement of the clinical services portfolio, ensuring scalability and sustainability
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team, encompassing the areas of Clinical Services, Quality, Content, Clinical Experience, and Corporate Education (Wellz Academy)
- Promote a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and collaboration
- Manage the area's budget, optimizing resource allocation to maximize impact
- Establish and oversee the clinical governance structure, ensuring that all services meet the highest standards of technical quality and patient safety
- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations (CFM, CFP, ANS, LGPD, etc.)
- Supervise the development and implementation of evidence-based clinical protocols, training programs, and continuous supervision models
- Act as the Responsible Medical or Psychological Professional before the councils and regulatory bodies
- Act as the main clinical voice within the company, collaborating deeply with Product, Legal, and Commercial teams to develop innovative and effective solutions
- Lead clinical research and development (R&D) initiatives, seeking new therapeutic and technological approaches
- Represent Wellz as a thought leader at industry events, publications, and forums, strengthening our credibility with internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications
- Fluent English; Spanish or Italian are desirable
- Prior experience with digital health products
