Requirements
- Clinical Training Experience: 5+ years of experience delivering clinical training in digital dentistry or dental technology, with a strong understanding of intraoral scanning and digital workflows
- Travel Readiness : Comfortable and excited to travel up to 80% of the time to deliver in-person trainings across the country
- Proximity to Travel Hubs : To support frequent travel, candidates should be located near a major airport with national reach
- Leadership Presence: Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders, clinicians, and operational stakeholders to influence change and drive outcomes
- Operational Expertise: 3+ years of experience managing training logistics, cross-functional project coordination, and practice readiness in high-growth or enterprise environments
- Strong Communicator: Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to audiences ranging from front-office staff to C-suite executives
- Customer-Centric Approach: A passion for elevating the customer experience and helping clients succeed through a solutions-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end training logistics—from readiness assessments to stakeholder coordination—ensuring practices are prepared for a high-quality onboarding experience
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of site readiness, including clinical workflows, equipment, and team dynamics
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, and Marketing to align training strategies with broader business goals
- Identify and mitigate systemic blockers to onboarding success, championing process improvements and scalable solutions
- Lead high-touch, in-person and virtual trainings for practices, customizing delivery to meet varying levels of clinical and operational maturity
- Serve as a hands-on mentor for a practice’s clinical teams, delivering both foundational and advanced training to drive full adoption of Dandy’s solutions
- Adapt training programs to reflect the unique goals and workflows of complex, multi-location groups
- Act as a post-training clinical advisor, offering feedback and recommendations to optimize practice performance and clinical outcomes
- Track and report on clinical outcomes and practice performance, delivering feedback to both customers and internal stakeholders
- Act as a strategic partner to doctors and executives, providing best practices that optimize clinical and operational outcomes
