Clinical Operations Lead

Summary

Join Oscar Medical Group as a Lead in Clinical Operations and help refactor healthcare by overseeing a team of medical coordinators, partnering with the Clinical Medical Director, and driving team metrics.

Requirements

• 2+ years Medical Practice experience with direct supervisory experience of larger front line team (10+ FTE hourly staff)
• Medical Assistant experience or other clinical (LVN, LPN) experience required

Responsibilities

• Partner with Clinical Leads and Service Line Medical Directors in a dyad structure to lead provider and medical assistant relationships, planning and performance
• Lead and coach team of medical coordinators guides and specialists
• Engage with cross-functional departments in a collaborative manner with medical coordinator workflows, engagement, and performance
• Plan and facilitate training and onboarding of medical coordinator staff
• Responsible for driving your team’s metrics
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
