Requirements
- Hold a Certified Cardiographic Technician (CCT) or Certified Rhythm Analysis Technician (CRAT) certification
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical operations management, preferably in the EKG Monitoring industry
- Holds a degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining high levels of productivity and accountability
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage schedules for remote cardiac monitoring operations, ensuring seamless coverage and adherence to protocols
- Develop and conduct training programs for staff, focusing on cardiac monitoring procedures, technology utilization, and compliance with industry standards
- Support recruitment efforts to identify, attract, and onboard qualified personnel with expertise in cardiac monitoring and related fields
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including performance monitoring, process improvement initiatives, and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
- Actively participate in the workflow of EKG monitoring for patients when needed, ensuring accurate data collection and interpretation while maintaining patient care standards
- Work closely with department heads and team members to develop and implement optimized workflows that improve efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance overall performance
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of cardiac monitoring technologies and procedures is a plus
