Join Rula as a Clinical Operations Manager and drive provider quality by owning and optimizing key quality management processes across our network. You will own specific programs, identify improvement opportunities, launch cross-functional initiatives, and influence stakeholders. Areas of ownership include provider quality reviews, provider-driven cancellations, and note quality improvement. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, possesses project management expertise, and demonstrates a strong bias for action. Required qualifications include 5+ years of experience in strategy and operations, expert-level Excel/GSheets proficiency, advanced SQL skills, and experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. Preferred qualifications include experience in a high-growth startup, consulting, or analytical sectors, expertise in Looker and Salesforce, and experience working with provider populations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in strategy and operations-based roles (Business Operations, Product Operations, Consulting, etc.)
- Expert-level proficiency with Excel/GSheets, and advanced proficiency leveraging SQL for data analysis
- Skillfulness in applying structure, and bringing an attention to detail to prioritize project needs and drive continuous improvements
- Experience building trust and collaborating effectively alongside cross-functional stakeholders in a fast moving environment

Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a high-growth startup environment
- Experience in consulting, banking or other analytical sector/industry
- Expertise using Looker and Salesforce
- Experience working with provider populations/clinicians and leading critical initiatives to improving outcomes
