Clinical Quality Lead, Nurse Practitioner

Requirements

• 8+ years of post-graduate experience as a PMHNP with experience both as a practicing provider as well as operating in a fast-paced, high growth business
• Extensive experience completing quality chart reviews and audits for healthcare delivery organizations and have trained others on how to document to meet standard of clinical care regulations
• Experience with the supervision and training of clinicians
• Thought leader – with a demonstrated passion for reimagining how behavioral health quality is defined, measured, and operationalized
• Collaborator – eager and adept at working with product, operations, and sales teams to infuse clinical strategy across the org
• Expert communicator and educator - with significant experience in conveying information to large and diverse groups of individuals
• Innovative and strategic thinker with a passion for improving behavioral health care and clinical quality
• Experience supervising clinicians or large teams of providers, with an emphasis on performance management

Responsibilities

• Implement clinical quality monitoring initiatives
• Work cross functionally with Operations Compliance Teams, Growth, Payer, Engineering and Product teams to build a clinical quality framework and manage chart review workflows
