Clinical Recruiter

Summary

Join Hippocratic AI, a leading developer of safety-focused LLMs for healthcare, as a Clinical Recruiter on a 3-month contract (with potential extension). You will lead the full-cycle recruitment process for clinical roles, focusing on sourcing and hiring top-tier clinical talent, particularly nurses with program management experience. This role requires strong stakeholder collaboration, compliance adherence, and a commitment to providing a positive candidate experience. You will also track and report on key hiring metrics. The position is based in Palo Alto, CA, and requires in-person work five days a week.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of clinical recruiting experience, with a proven track record of hiring nurses and other healthcare professionals
• Deep understanding of clinical certifications, licensure requirements, and healthcare operations
• Demonstrated success in identifying and engaging passive clinical candidates
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills to effectively partner with hiring managers and candidates
• Ability to navigate a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize effectively
• Ready to start immediately

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for clinical roles, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing candidates
• Build and maintain a pipeline of highly qualified clinical candidates, with a focus on nurses who bring program management expertise
• Partner with hiring managers and leaders to develop hiring strategies, define role requirements, and ensure alignment throughout the process
• Verify candidate credentials, certifications, and licensure to meet regulatory and organizational standards
• Provide a seamless and engaging experience for candidates from initial contact through onboarding
• Track and report on hiring metrics, identifying areas for process improvement
