Join Octave as a Clinical Recruiter and become a key player in building our talent pipeline. Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute effective sourcing and closing strategies for clinical positions. Lead the full-cycle recruiting process, from identifying and engaging candidates to evaluating and closing top talent. Leverage data, experience, and industry trends to create strategies for a diverse candidate pool. Provide a positive candidate experience, building trust-based relationships. Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute sourcing and closing strategies for clinical positions
- Lead the full cycle recruiting process: identify, engage, evaluate, and close top candidates
- Use data, your experience, and industry trends to create sourcing and closing strategies for a diverse slate of candidates
- Provide a high touch candidate experience through all aspects of the recruitment funnel; develop trust-based relationships with candidates, gaining a close understanding of their requirements and concerns
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of current programs and process to make recommendations for improvement
- Promote Octaveβs employer brand
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting experience
- 1+ years of clinical recruiting experience
- Experience in corporate recruiting is preferred, but not required
- Demonstrable ability to partner with and influence business leaders
- Ability to create and execute passive sourcing strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
- Familiarity with HR databases, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage time and drive progress without direct oversight
