Clinician

Summary

Join Octave, a modern behavioral health practice, as a Licensed Clinician to provide high-quality mental health care to adult clients virtually. You will utilize short-term, evidence-based therapies such as CBT or DBT, and deliver culturally responsive care. This role requires a current South Carolina license (LPC, LMFT, LISW-CP, or PsyD), a master's or doctoral degree, and at least one year of post-license clinical experience. Experience with specific therapies like CBT, DBT, or the Unified Protocol is preferred, as is licensure in other states where Octave operates. Octave offers competitive hourly rates based on experience and licensure level.

Requirements

• Current License in South Carolina (LPC, LMFT, LISW-CP, PsyD)
• Master’s Degree or higher from an accredited school of Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or Marriage, Family and Child Counseling
• Must be licensed and in good standing with your governing licensing board
• At least 1 year of related post-license clinical experience
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality behavioral health care to clients
• Treat adult clients with stress, depression, anxiety, or other mental health concerns via video
• Utilize short-term, evidence-based therapies
• Deliver culturally responsive care
• Customize mental health treatment plans and service delivery for clients

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in CBT for depression or anxiety, DBT for emotion dysregulation, Unified Protocol for emotional distress, or CPT or PE for trauma
• Currently working with Cigna & Aetna clients
• Hold license(s) in any of Octave's other active states (AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, MA, MD, MN, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, WA, Washington D.C, WI)

Benefits

• $107-115/hour for master's level license
• $115-120/hour for doctoral level license
